About the course

The intent of this course is to provide knowledge about the maintenance and troubleshooting of the D8 VENTURE and D8 QUEST system. Step by step, you will receive the know-how to maintain the system in its optimum condition. You will become able to identify malfunctions and treat them. You will then be able to plan service activities more effectively.

Your instructor

The training is conducted by an experienced engineer from the Bruker AXS Service Department. Our service technicians have system-specific training and broad practical work experience.

Who show attend

All users who want to expand their knowledge of operations and X-ray beam optimization. The training is in English, so participants should have strong English skills.

Course Fee

Course fee is $5,050 USD per person. Payment for the class per participant is due one month in advance.

Class size

Because our training is interactive and learner-oriented, we limit class size to a minimum of three and a maximum of six attendees. Early enrollment is encouraged as registrations are accepted on a first-come/first-serve basis. We reserve the right to cancel a course if there are less than three registrants four weeks prior to the start date.

Our Facility

Bruker AXS Training is at our Madison, Wisconsin location. It is about 12 minutes from downtown Madison and within walking distance of walking and bike paths, cafeterias and restaurants. At the facility participants can also tour our research labs, detector area and service areas.

 **Each participant will be provided with class materials, computer, and lunch daily. While we have computers on-site, it is recommended that each participant bring a laptop. It is highly recommended to fly into Madison (MSN) on Sunday afternoon/evening and fly out Friday afternoon to be able to attend the full course.
