Bruker is happy to announce the D8 ADVANCE ECO
X-ray diffractometer. The ECO designation highlights both its eco-friendly operation and the economic benefits of attractively low cost of ownership. Additionally, the effective design of the D8 ADVANCE ECO delivers excellent performance in terms of accuracy, precision and speed, surpassing other similarly priced, full-sized diffractometers. A key distinction of the ECO is that, as part of our DAVINCI design platform, it is compatible with the latest innovations in hardware and software that comprise our modern, high-end instruments. As such, it is easily extendable and upgradable in the future to address new applications and capabilities without concern for limited product lifetime.

This entry-level, 1-dimensional compound silicon strip detector is used for ultra-fast X-ray diffraction measurements. The 160 channels allow high-quality diffraction data acquisition more than 125 times faster than a conventional point detector system.
